New Moon Harvest Launch: Halloween at Twofold

Three breweries, one hop, one night.

Saturday 31 October, from 12pm.

Growers have timed their harvests to the moon for centuries. This year Eggers Hops picked a hop under the New Moon and shared it with a small group of breweries around the world, each brewing their own take.

Only three are in New Zealand: Aliment, Altitude and Twofold.

Does the moon change the beer? No one knows. On Halloween you can taste all three NZ versions side by side and decide for yourself.

What's on

• Three New Moon Harvest beers: our IPA, poured alongside the Aliment and Altitude beers

• The punch card: try all three, submit your card, and go in the draw to win a $100 Twofold voucher

• The trick-or-treat bar: $15 for a mystery drink worth anywhere from $12 to $30. Treats include a boot of beer or a margarita. Tricks are non-alcoholic or a shot of Fireball. There's plenty in between, mostly treats.

• Halloween at Twofold: bring the kids after trick or treating, dress up - or don’t.
